She also shared her stance regarding the label “bone-thin” attached to her due to her diet. She appeared on MBC FM4U’s “Kim Shin Young’s Noon Song of Hope” on the 14th of last month. On that day, DJ Kim Shin-young expressed her concern to Hwasa, saying, “It breaks my heart to see you seem to have become so bone-thin lately.”

In response, Hwasa candidly revealed her current health condition, stating, “I may be ‘bone-thin,’ but I do have muscle.” She added, “I was actually less healthy when I was chubby in the past,” emphasizing that physical condition is more important than mere weight.

She also mentioned her recent diet management. Hwasa shared her meal plan, saying, “Sous-vide chicken breast is really good these days. I’ve been eating it as part of my diet, and because it’s so tender, I end up eating only that.”
