On August 11, South Korean media outlets reported the exciting news that Cha Eun Woo chose the upcoming series “Seorabeol Knife” (working title) as his first project following his military discharge.
Shortly after, Fantagio, Cha Eun Woo’s agency, confirmed the reports. “Cha Eun Woo indeed received an offer to star in the drama Seorabeol Knife and is currently reviewing it,” the agency stated.

Seorabeol Knife is a romance series that blends romantic elements with a culinary storyline. Director Jang Tae-yoo will helm the project. Director Jang recently showcased his talent with the hit series Bon Appétit, Your Majesty last year, which achieved impressive viewership ratings peaking at 17.1%.
Cha Eun Woo is currently serving his military duty as a member of the military band after enlisting in July 2025.
