The Korean Business Research Institute has now revealed the girl group member brand reputation rankings for August 2026.
Specifically, these rankings reflect consumer participation, media coverage, communication, and community awareness for 735 individual members. Overall, data was collected between July 16 and August 16, 2026.
Consequently, RESCENE‘s Woni claimed the top spot for the second consecutive month. Her brand reputation index reached 8,123,817, which marks a 2.02% increase from July. For instance, top keyword searches included “LOVE ATTACK” and “REMINE.” Meanwhile, high-ranking related terms included “down-to-earth,” “friendly,” and “cheer for.” As a result, her positive response rating stood at an impressive 93.52%.
In addition, Woni maintained strong momentum following the ongoing success of “LOVE ATTACK” and “REMINE.” On August 9, RESCENE performed at the 2026 Coupang Play Series halftime show. During this event, Manchester City faced Atlético Madrid at Seoul World Cup Stadium. Furthermore, the group showcased cheerleader-style arrangements of “LOVE ATTACK,” “Pinball,” and “Pretty Girl.”
Besides these stage performances, Woni also appeared on Amazing Saturday with bandmates Liv and Zena. Afterward, they traveled to perform at KCON LA 2026 in the United States. Ultimately, viral content from Woni’s YouTube channel helped push “LOVE ATTACK” back onto the music charts.
Meanwhile, IVE‘s Jang Wonyoung held firm at No. 2 with 6,261,001 points. During August, she joined the IVE WORLD TOUR across North America. Specifically, the group performed in Los Angeles, Oakland, Seattle, and Vancouver between August 1 and August 9. Simultaneously, Wonyoung graced the cover of ARENA HOMME+ Korea for its August issue.
In contrast, BLACKPINK‘s Jennie rose to No. 3 with 5,826,161 points, jumping 16.88% from last month. On August 8, she celebrated BLACKPINK’s 10th anniversary and warmly thanked BLINKs worldwide.
Regarding her solo work, Jennie will release her EP Fallen Angel on August 28. In fact, the tracklist includes “Fallen Angel,” “Heaven,” and “Less Than a Lover.” In addition, she featured on the cover of Cosmopolitan US for Fall 2026.
