Singer and actor P.O (Pyo Ji-hoon) was involved in a traffic accident on Jeju Island.
On July 22, an official from P.O’s agency, Artist Company, confirmed to OSEN, “The accident resulted in only minor injuries, and his filming schedule for next week is expected to proceed as planned.”
According to prior news reports, P.O was struck by a vehicle driven by an individual identified as “A” while crossing the street in Hallim-eup, Jeju City, on the afternoon of July 19.
As a result of the collision, P.O sustained injuries to his elbow and knee and was taken to the hospital. However, as his injuries were deemed minor, he intends to move forward with his scheduled appearances in dramas and variety shows.
Recently, P.O played the role of Bong Geun-dae in the Netflix series Teach You a Lesson, which was released last month. His upcoming project includes the SBS drama Good Partner 2. P.O, who is also highly active in the variety show circuit, currently serves as a regular cast member on tvN’s Amazing Saturday.
