Woni of the girl group RESCENE has taken the top spot in the individual girl group brand reputation rankings.

On July 20, 2026, the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute announced the results of its July 2026 brand reputation analysis for individual girl group members. The institute analyzed 118,222,173 pieces of brand big data collected from 735 individual girl group members between June 19, 2026, and July 19, 2026, measuring consumer behavior, media coverage, and public engagement.
The brand reputation index evaluates how online consumer habits impact brand consumption. It measures positive and negative evaluations, media attention, consumer interest, and overall brand influence.
Surpassing top stars like Jang Wonyoung and Karina, RESCENE’s Woni ranked first in the July 2026 individual girl group brand reputation list. The top rankings were ordered as follows: RESCENE Woni, IVE Jang Wonyoung, aespa Karina, BLACKPINK Jennie, RESCENE Minami, BLACKPINK Lisa, IVE An Yujin, ILLIT Wonhee, RESCENE Zena, BLACKPINK Rosé, and RESCENE May.
Koo Chang-hwan, director of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, stated:
“According to the July 2026 big data analysis, the brand of RESCENE’s Woni ranked first. Total big data for the individual girl group category decreased by 1.16% compared to 119,608,637 in June. Detailed analysis shows a 13.70% increase in brand consumption and a 10.96% rise in brand issues, alongside a 1.47% decline in brand communication and a 13.38% drop in brand diffusion.”
He added:
“In link analysis, terms like ‘pretty,’ ‘communicate,’ and ‘chart reversal’ ranked high for Woni. In keyword analysis, ‘Love Attack,’ ‘Lee Sun-min,’ and ‘Pretty Girl’ scored highest. Her positive-to-negative sentiment ratio was analyzed at an overwhelming 91.26% positive.”
RESCENE, who debuted in March 2024, recently gained immense popularity through viral YouTube content showcasing the local dialects of members Woni and Zena (from Geoje and Gyeongju), as well as Japanese member Minami’s Gyaru style makeup.
Driven by this surge in popularity, their track “Love Attack,” released two years ago, pulled off a dramatic chart reversal by climbing to #1 on the Melon TOP 100 chart on July 8—achieving this milestone roughly two years after its initial release.
The global response has been equally enthusiastic. “Love Attack” earned recognition from major international music authorities, securing a spot on Billboard’s list of the “25 Best Albums of the Year” and being named one of the “10 K-Pop Songs That Heated Up 2024” by the Grammy Awards.
Riding this incredible momentum, RESCENE’s remake single “Pretty Girl,” released on July 8, immediately entered the Melon TOP 100 chart at #2 before reaching #1 at 10 PM that same day—just 835 days (2 years, 3 months, and 13 days) after their debut.

On July 14, the group achieved another major career milestone by claiming their very first music show win with “Pretty Girl” on SBS Medianet’s The Show.
