Jang Wonyoung, a member of the global sensation IVE, recently opened up about handling public scrutiny and maintaining her signature positive attitude.

The star recently graced the cover of Arena Homme Plus for its August issue, participating in a high-fashion pictorial and an accompanying in-depth interview.
When asked about the intense public attention and the immense influence she holds, Jang Wonyoung shared a balanced perspective. “Like everything else in life, I don’t think fame is entirely good or entirely bad,” she explained. “Of course, there can be uncomfortable aspects to it, but I tend to just enjoy those elements. Whether feedback is positive or negative, I believe it ultimately brings a beneficial impact to my growth. So, I try to accept everything humbly and embrace the journey.”

She also spoke candidly about her viral positive mindset, famously known worldwide as the “Lucky Vicky” mentality.
“It’s not that I deliberately force myself to live positively; I’ve simply always looked at life this way,” Jang Wonyoung stated. “That natural outlook just happened to shine through in interviews and eventually turned into the ‘Lucky Vicky’ meme. While it’s entirely second nature to me, seeing so many people focus heavily on my optimism sometimes makes me pause and think, ‘Why do I naturally process things this way?’ Ultimately, I just hope to continue living exactly as I am.”
