aespa’s Karina revealed photos showing off her trim physique and autumn vibe, drawing significant attention.
On October 17, Karina posted several photos on her social media account with the caption, “The season of falling leaves goes so well with red bricks—maybe because the colors are similar.”

In the released photos, Karina strikes various poses against a red brick wall background. Wearing a black sleeveless dress and carrying a small brick-colored bag, she perfectly embodies an autumn aesthetic.
In particular, a photo of her squatting on the floor and looking up into the air caught people’s eyes, highlighting her slim leg lines and alluring atmosphere.

Karina previously shared on a broadcast that her weight fluctuates easily and recalled losing 4 kg in a single day.
Appearing on the JTBC variety show Please Take Care of My Refrigerator since 2014 in July, Karina revealed, “My weight swings like a rubber band, so I’ve gained 4 kg in a day and lost 4 kg in a single day before.”
She then described how she quickly cut weight after overeating during her trainee days.
“We turned on the heater in the practice room, put on leggings, sweat suits, zip-up hoodies, and padded jackets, played music, and all ran together,” Karina recalled. She added, “After that, I went home and took a warm bath for an hour, and that did it.”
At the time, show host Ahn Jung-hwan explained that this method mirrors the rapid water-weight loss techniques athletes use to make weight classes. Karina clarified that she no longer cuts weight so drastically.
She currently manages her weight through a combination of Pilates and dietary control. On a YouTube show, she also shared that instead of starving herself blindly, she manages her weight by stopping eating as soon as she feels full.
However, methods that rely on heavy sweating to drop weight require caution. Weight lost in a short period through exercise or warm baths mostly results from body water loss rather than fat loss.
For healthy weight management, combining proper nutrition with regular exercise is far more important than forcing sweat loss. Building sustainable lifestyle habits is preferable to focusing on short-term weight fluctuations.
