Following the announcement, fellow ITZY member Yeji addressed fans during a live broadcast. She reassured MIDZYs that Yuna is receiving proper medical care and is concentrating on recovering, hoping to ease concerns over her teammate’s condition. Although Yeji did not provide further medical details, her update helped reassure fans that Yuna is being well looked after.
Shortly after JYP’s announcement, an individual claiming to have seen Yuna before the official notice shared an alarming account online. According to the eyewitness, the singer appeared extremely weak, reportedly needing assistance simply to remain standing.
